Permitted use
You may install an official QuickPLS Microsoft Store release and use it for research, teaching, learning, validation review, and internal analysis while an applicable Store subscription entitlement is active. Source is visible for transparency, security review, learning, and contribution proposals; this is not an open-source licence.
Restrictions
Without prior written permission, users may not sell, rent, sublicense, host, commercially redistribute, publish modified builds, rebrand, white-label, remove notices, or use the source to create a competing software product or service.
Research responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing method scope, warnings, validation evidence, backups and institutional requirements. QuickPLS does not guarantee journal acceptance, publication outcomes or equivalence with another software product.
No warranty
QuickPLS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. The licence limits liability for research conclusions, publication outcomes, data loss and related damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party software
Dependencies and adapted components retain their own licences and notices. Exact runtime dependency versions are recorded by the application lockfiles and packaged third-party notices. No third-party name implies affiliation or endorsement.
